Family Binder
The Binder is intended to provide a place for all Troop correspondence and information. It is presented to each family when their son first enters the Troop. Families of continuing Scouts do not receive complete new packets each year; they only receive updated material.
The binder is organized with the Calendar and Roster first followed by two major groups, the Troop Organization and Guidelines and the Troop Activities. Within each group, the sections are in alphabetical order. Each original page was footnoted with the section and date. To facilitate updating the binder, all replacement pages should also be footnoted with section and date. Parents should bring the binder to all monthly Moms Club and Dads Club Meetings.
