Our Troop completed another 50 miler, this year in the Hoover Wilderness. Over 90 scouts and Dads in seven different treks spent 8 days hiking though some of the most beautiful wilderness in the state. Due to the heavy rain, our Scouts had to brave higher than normal mosquitos at the lower elevations. THe Scouts saw many incredible sites including Mount Conness, Matterhorn, Cathedral Pak, Glen Aulin Falls, Hetch Hetchy Valley and almost countless lakes, meadows, granite domes and peaks.
The 50 miler is an annual tradition for the Troop for over 50 years.
